Minicicada

It goes without saying that this kid brother of the Cicada is a final weapon for artificial ponds. Its appeal performance in still water is inherited from the Cicada. Its downsizing won’t provoke any alarm and the wiser the fish, the more effective it becomes. Equipped with a single tail hook, it’s not just another size variation, but a newly designed cicada both in terms of shape and weight balance.

Cricket

The Cricket is a super surface plug featuring horizontal floating and S-shaped rolling action that was created for all-out attack on game up to 15cm below the surface. Its dead slow motion is a matter of course and it doesnﾕt dive too deep during medium retrieval, giving it appeal to trout that are very conscious of the surface zone. Its controlled buoyancy leads to excellent results　when used as a surface plug. The Cricketﾕs length of just 37mm presents no sense of discomfort to the target and its small body has no adverse effect on casting distance because the weight is concentrated at the tail end. 

Onbu - Batta

Onbu-batta (Smaller longheaded locust) Even though this is a sinking lure, it behaves like a spoon, enabling attack at all depth zones from the surface to the bottom according to the height of the rod tip and the count down. The Onbu-battaﾕs spoon-like features include the ability to maintain an accurate depth and vertical appeal, depending on adjustments to the retrieval speed and the way the angler moves the rod. It presents reduced resistance in drawing even with a specialized spoon rod and its horizontal eye allows a single hook for a spoon to be fitted. All these features make this a plug that is highly recommended even for spoon-oriented anglers to use without hesitation.

Cicada

This is a floating type lure that presents the image of a cicada struggling on the surface of the water. It features not only stop and go movement and twitching in the surface zone, but also an excellent wobbling action during steady retrieval.

Grass Hopper

This lure displays its strength in the mid-depth zone. It is a suspended type that presents the image of a grasshopper tossing about in the water. Its rather big lip makes slow retrieval easy and it is ideal for targeting a point without haste.

Shrimp

This is a deep diving plug that exhibits its ability when the fish stay rather deep. It moves like a tiny shrimp frantically swimming about trying to escape at the bottom of a lake. The most effective form of retrieval is to first let the Shrimp sink a little.

Platy

This is a top water plug (flat type pencil bait) designed for use when the target is trout that are very conscious of the surface in still water. Unlike a plug with a lip, the Platy is a model strongly recommended for anglers who enjoy rod work. It is particularly effective when moved to present the image of a small fish swimming to right and left near the surface while trying to escape, shaking its head sharply in the backwash.

Fish
